As a small start-up, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint when shipping. That's why we ask for a minimum order of €12.

For larger orders (from 75 euros) we ask you to order at least 2 weeks in advance so that we can plan them.

Larger orders can be delivered on different days of the week. Please email info@velvetbrews.com

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns.

If there is something you do not like or there is indeed something wrong, you can always contact us and we would appreciate the feedback.

All orders are final and cannot be canceled due to the planning already made.

The cookies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, just make sure the cookies are stored in an airtight container.

Our cakes and other goods are best stored for a maximum of 3 days.

It is best to take them out of the refrigerator about half an hour before eating so that they can warm up and soften a bit.
